Chelsea Marsh
Founder & Director
Chelsea Marsh is an Australian model, entrepreneur and pageant titleholder who has dedicated her platform to encouraging confidence, authenticity and positive self-expression in people of all ages.
With experience across both national stages and international runways, Chelsea brings a modern, inclusive approach to the industry.
Chelsea is proudly Miss Ultimate of Australia 2026 and will represent Australia at the Ultimate International Miss Finals in San Antonio, Texas in 2026. Her journey through modelling, community work and personal growth has shaped her belief that everyone deserves a space to be celebrated exactly as they are.
Through her platform, My Most Authentic Self, Chelsea has supported countless individuals in building confidence, embracing vulnerability and finding empowerment through storytelling.
Creating Miss Authenticity Australia is an extension of that mission, a pageant designed to uplift real people, real stories and real journeys.
As Director, Chelsea is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and empowering experience for every contestant who steps onto the Miss Authenticity stage.
Lisa Marsh
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Lisa Marsh proudly serves as the Executive Director of Miss Authenticity Australia, bringing with her a powerful combination of professional leadership, operational expertise, and heartfelt dedication to empowering others.
With an extensive career in Disability Employment Services, Lisa currently oversees programs across Tasmania and South Australia, leading teams that support individuals to build confidence, develop skills, and create meaningful futures. Her work is deeply rooted in advocacy, inclusion, and creating opportunities for people from all walks of life, values that align beautifully with the mission of Miss Authenticity Australia.
Behind the scenes, Lisa is the calm, capable force that keeps everything running smoothly. From logistics and coordination to contestant support and event management, she ensures every detail is handled with care and professionalism. She also brings years of firsthand pageant experience, having worked backstage at competitions and proudly supporting her daughter’s journey as a dedicated pageant mum.
Known for her warm, approachable nature and “cool mum” energy, Lisa is someone contestants instantly feel safe with, a mentor, problem-solver, and cheerleader all in one.
Lisa’s heart for people, strong leadership, and unwavering belief in authenticity help shape the welcoming, empowering environment that Miss Authenticity Australia is built upon.

Based in Devonport, Tasmania, Maddie Paige is the creative eye behind the lens at Miss Authenticity Australia.
As the founder of Maddie Paige Photography, Maddie specialises in capturing life’s most meaningful moments, from newborn and maternity sessions to family portraits, boudoir, and creative concept shoots. Her work is known for its warmth, authenticity, and ability to tell a story through imagery.
With access to private paddocks, bushland settings, and a fully equipped private studio, Maddie offers a diverse range of beautiful backdrops that elevate every session. Her attention to detail and artistic vision ensure each image feels both professional and deeply personal.
What truly sets Maddie apart is the environment she creates. She prides herself on fostering a safe, supportive, and empowering space where clients feel comfortable, confident, and celebrated, often describing her sessions as feeling more like catching up with a friend than attending a photoshoot.
As the Official Event Photographer for Miss Authenticity Australia, Maddie captures the heart of every moment, from candid backstage memories to the sparkle of crowning, preserving the confidence, growth, and authenticity that define the pageant experience.
