Week 1 – Challenge 'Start a genuine conversation' This week is about connection. Step outside your bubble and strike up a real conversation, with someone at work, in line at a cafe, or even online. 💡 Reflection prompt: What did you learn by being present with someone new? How did it feel to connect without surface-level small talk?
Week 2 – Challenge 'Compliment a Stranger' Start a ripple of kindness. Give a genuine compliment to someone you don’t know, their smile, outfit, vibe, or energy. 💡 Reflection prompt: Did it make you feel awkward, empowered, or uplifted? How did they react?
Week 3 – Challenge 'Celebrate your own company' Take yourself out and enjoy time with you. Go on a solo date, coffee, a walk, a movie, anything that brings joy. No distractions. Just you and your own energy. 💡 Reflection prompt: What did you notice about your thoughts when you were alone? What did you enjoy most about your own company?
Week 4 – Challenge 'Mirror Talk' Look in the mirror and say three kind, honest things about yourself. Out loud. Mean it. 💡 Reflection prompt: What came up for you? Was it easy? Hard? Healing? What did you enjoy most about your own company?
